Flora for designers and stagers
I'm Kaili, and I make faux floral arrangements by hand in my Toronto studio. This page is the whole trade program in one place: what you get, what it costs, and how to order.
Every piece is designed for the room it goes in, and it keeps its colour and shape for years with no water, no wilting and no upkeep. I can source vases for you, or I can work with a piece you already have. An arrangement I build for your project is a one of one and made specifically for your client and their unique home. If your client has a pot they love, I'll rebuild the arrangement inside it. You can see how that works on the restyle page.
Email me a photo of the space and I will come back with ideas and a price.
Or book a free 30-minute consultation and we can talk the project through. Nothing is owed for that first conversation.
Two ways to work with me
Pick whichever suits the project. Never both on the same invoice.
- 15% trade pricing. You buy at 15% off the listed retail price on any studio edition and invoice your client directly. On custom pieces, you set your own pricing and markup.
- 10% referral. You introduce us, your client pays me directly, and I send you 10% of the pre-tax invoice once payment clears.
If you want to see what I have on the shelf, the studio editions and the orchid arrangements are the place to look. Some are finished and ready to go. Others I make once you have picked the size and the finish. Email me about any piece and I will confirm what is on hand and how soon you can have it.
What a trade account gets you
- Priority scheduling. If you have an install date, your work goes to the top of my priority list.
- Your client stays your client. I take repeat and maintenance work you hand over, and I never market to your client without your OK. You get credited any time I photograph a project, and I ask before I post.
Trees, delivered finished
A tree from me shows up finished. I fit it into the pot, packing the gap so it does not move around, then dress the top with moss so it looks planted. There is nothing for you to assemble on install day. Dusting the leaves once in a while is all the care it needs.
Placing a tree in a project? Email me a photo of the space and I'll come back with ideas and a price.
If the project is a commercial space rather than a home, Flora for your space is the page for that, covering lobbies, offices, clinics and hotels, with a monthly refresh option.
How to order
- Email or DM me. sales@orderflora.com goes straight to me. Send measurements, the pot situation (yours, or mine to source) and a colour direction.
- I send a proposal in two to five days. Two or three priced options, with the actual pieces and vases I have in mind.
- I build it by hand. About two weeks is standard.
- I deliver and place it myself anywhere in the GTA. For projects outside the GTA, email me and we will work out how to get it there.
Terms
- 50% deposit, balance on delivery.
- E-transfer, Square, or invoice on PO for established accounts.
- On-site styling is $150 an hour, billed separately rather than bundled in.
- Open to working GTA interior designers and stagers with a portfolio. I approve accounts myself, so there is nothing to apply for.
Recent work
All real rooms, not a photo studio.
Want to open an account?
Email me a photo of the space and tell me a little about the project. I will come back with ideas and a price, and we can sort the account out from there. I usually reply within a day.
Prefer to talk it through? Book a 30-minute call and we will go from there.
