How it is made

Every stem placed by hand

I build each arrangement myself in my Toronto studio, designed for the room it is going in. The stems are silk and real-touch, chosen for how they hold their shape and their colour years from now. I source vintage and one-of-a-kind vases, so no two pieces are the same.

Common questions

How do I order?

For a piece that is already made, add it to your cart and check out. I email you to arrange a time and hand-deliver it across the GTA. Every piece is final sale, so please have a good look at the photos and the measurements first, and email me if there is anything else you would like to see before you buy.

For a bespoke piece, send me a photo of the room and tell me what you have in mind. I come back with a plan and a price, then build it in my studio. Most custom work takes about two weeks, and I deliver it myself.

What are the flowers made of?

Silk and real-touch stems, chosen for how they hold their shape and their colour over years.
Every piece is designed for the room it is going in, and sized to fit the spot you have in mind.
Vintage and one-of-a-kind vases, pots and bowls I source around Toronto, so no two pieces repeat.
Every stem cut, shaped and placed by hand in my studio.

How does delivery work?

Across the GTA I deliver by hand. I email you to set a time that works and bring the piece to the room it is going in.

Delivery is a flat $20 anywhere in Ontario and a flat $50 to the rest of Canada, and you see it at checkout before you pay. You are welcome to collect it from my studio instead, just email me and we will sort out a time. For a very remote address, or a piece too large to travel safely, I email you before I build anything so we can agree on the real cost.

I do not ship outside Canada at the moment. If that is you, email me at sales@orderflora.com and I will tell you honestly whether I can get it to you.

Can you restyle a piece I already have?

Yes. A restyle keeps the pot you already own and rebuilds what's planted in it, so the piece suits the season. It doesn't have to be one of mine: if you have a pot you love, whatever is in it now, send me a photo and I'll come back with a close number, then confirm the final price once the pot is with me. Most restyles come in at $250 plus HST, and it takes about a week. Some pots are glued solid and can't be replanted, and I'll tell you before anything starts. Have a look at restyling.
