Flora for clinics, hotels and offices

I'm Kaili, and I make faux floral arrangements by hand in my Toronto studio. Interior designers order from me for their clients' spaces, and the same pieces suit a clinic, hotel or office: they look fresh every day, with no water, no wilting and no florist showing up every week.

Every arrangement sits in a vintage vase or pot I thrift myself, so nothing I make repeats. Your lobby never ends up matching the lobby down the street.

Email me a photo of your space and I will come back with ideas and a price. Or book a free 30-minute consultation and we can talk through the room. That first conversation is free and nothing is owed for it.

For a piece you buy once, I design and price to your room. If you'd rather never think about it again, my monthly refresh is quoted for your building, anywhere in the GTA. How it works is on the business page.

All of these are real rooms, not a photo studio.

How it works

  1. Show me the space. I can come by and look, or you send me a few photos and rough measurements. Either one works.
  2. I come back with a plan and a price. Two or three options, with the actual pieces and vases I have in mind. No surprises later.
  3. I build it by hand. Every stem cut and placed in my studio here in Toronto, usually about two weeks once we've agreed on a direction.
  4. I deliver it myself, anywhere in the GTA. I bring the pieces in and set them where they are going. Outside the GTA, email me and we will work out how to get it there.
  5. I can swap them out every month if you want. If you'd like a new piece each month, that is the monthly refresh. If you'd rather buy once and not think about it again, that works too.

Want one for your space?

Email me at sales@orderflora.com and tell me about the room, or fill out the short form on my design page and I will come back to you with ideas. I usually reply within a day. Prefer to talk it through? Book a 30-minute call.

If you are buying the piece, then once we've agreed on a direction a deposit starts the build and comes off the price of your piece: 50% for pieces $500 and up, which I invoice you, or the $150 design deposit for anything under that.
